Returns Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after QC approval. Bank posting may take an additional 3–7 business days.

Start a Return

  1. Go to Profile → Orders and open the relevant order.
  2. Click Request Return and choose a reason. Upload clear photos if item is damaged/incorrect.
  3. Choose pickup or self-ship (where available). Pack items securely in original packaging.
  4. Once the shipment reaches our facility, we complete a quality check (QC).
  5. After QC approval, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Packaging Tips

  • Use the original box and inner sleeves to avoid transit damage.
  • Seal the package securely; include all accessories/freebies.
  • Place the invoice or a note with order ID and contact number inside.

Add clear photos when raising a return—it speeds up approval.

Courier Notes

Pickup attempts are usually made 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the request may close automatically. You can create a new request from your order page.

Payment Notes

For payment failures where amount was debited, banks typically auto-reverse within 5–7 business days. For successful orders that are returned, refunds follow the timeline above.
